Welcome to NSpace. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to NSpace Inc.

NSpace Inc. is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason.

The NSpace app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device.

License

NSpace Inc. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app strictly in accordance with these terms.

Modifications to Service

NSpace Inc. reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that NSpace Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Limitations

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

* License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the app

* Copy or use the app for any purpose other than as permitted under these Terms

* Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the app

Liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. In no event shall NSpace Inc. be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the app.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
